• Food and beverages from outside the hotel are not allowed. 

• Late check-out (subject to availability with advance confirmation) at 6.00 pm costs a 50% charge on accommodation rates, and beyond 6:00 pm pays a full charge.

Kid Policy 

• 0 to 6 years Free of Charge 

• 6 to 12 years 50% per person cost in a bungalow 

• 2 kids 6 to 12 years in one room are considered as 1 adult. The maximum Kids allowed is one per double room and two per single room.

Note:

• Most dates with high occupancy will be covered by the Group reservation policy, and customers will be advised of this during their reservation with the team.

• If there is a cancellation policy in action and the reservation is sold to another client, the deposit will be repaid in full.​

• Refunds might take ranging from 2 days to a week.

Cancelation Policy

 

For Individual Reservations Policy ( Max 3 Bungalows )

• Free cancellations are made a minimum of 14 days prior to arrival, before deducting 50% Deposit 

• The rest of the payment is 50% 1 week before arrival 

• In case of a no-show or cancellation during the week before arrival, the full amount of the total stay will be charged

 

For Group Reservations Policy ( min 5 Bungalows )

• Free cancellations are made a minimum of 1 Month prior to arrival, before deducting 50% Deposit 

• The rest of the payment is 50% 1 week before arrival 
  In case of a no-show or cancellation during the week before arrival, the full amount of the total stay will be charged

 

Weekend Trips Policy 

• Free cancellations are made a minimum of 14 Days prior to arrival, before deducting 50% Deposit 

• The rest of the payment is 50% 1 week before arrival 

• In case of a no-show, the full amount of the total will be charged 

• In case of a cancellation 3 days before arrival, 75% of the total will be charged
